What we collect, and what we do with it.

Bluejay is run by Brendan in Berkeley. This page describes what the request form on bluejaybooking.com collects and how that information is used.

What the form collects

When you submit a request, we receive the details you enter: home size, bathrooms, the kind of clean you want, your neighborhood or ZIP, your name, email, phone, preferred cadence and days, and any notes you add. That's it. We do not run trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply with a quote, match you with a cleaning professional in your area, and coordinate the booking. We share the minimum needed with the professional we match you with — usually name, address, and the notes relevant to the clean.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not share your details with anyone other than the professional handling your booking and the tools we use to run the business (email and scheduling).

Deletion

Email hello@bluejaybooking.com and ask us to delete your information. We'll remove it from our records and confirm when it's done.
