Bluejay is a booking and coordination service. Cleanings are performed by independent cleaning professionals who run their own businesses. Bluejay vets them, matches them to your home, handles scheduling and communication, and follows up after each clean. Bluejay is not the cleaning provider and does not employ the professionals.
Submitting the request form does not book anything and does not charge anything. We'll reply with a written quote and available times, usually within one business day. A booking is confirmed once you approve a quote and time.
You can cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your confirmed window. Inside 24 hours a late-cancellation fee may apply, since the pro has held the slot for you.
If something was missed or wasn't right, tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We'll arrange for the missed work to be corrected at no additional cost. If it can't be made right, we'll say so directly.
You'll receive an invoice after the clean is completed. No deposit and no card on file just to get a quote.
